    Hectic, unreasonable and low pay
    The good thingsAt first there is teamwork and healthy, after the change of the new management with their new GM.
    The challengesThere are no teamwork only instruction. No market research or analyst to understand each state culture and market. Over promising and did not deliver what they have promised to their employee. Give low wages and expect to handle everything.

    The challengesData entry was somewhat monotonous, and the new system (Oracle Netsuite) wasn't very accounting-friendly. Many items were restricted from free access for the account job.

    Bad Offer, Bad HR Handling

    The challengesThey initially agreed to my expectations and application process is going on. Then few days later I got a call and they suddenly say offer me at a much lower price, basically having a "take it or leave it" attitude to me. Did not even offer me any negotiation space.

    The good thingsThe company has grown a lot in the last few years, it has doubled in size and seems set to continue. - Very supportive and helpful colleagues. I had the best colleagues to work with. The boss and managers are great & friendly too. - Great working environment. The office is vibrant & bright. - I love how everyone is team player here. We are helping each other, handle any difficult challenges together & brainstorming when having problems. - Automotive industry knowledge - Engagement activities run by the HR
    The challengesNo such thing as perfect company, personally this was close enough. But, I have few to address: - Constant change of commission & policies - Chase monthly sales at crazy, ridiculous target - No effort in retaining experienced & valuable staff. - Sometimes have to work during my off day/weekend. No OT pay after working hour. - Has high turnover rate. Constantly recruiting people and people usually don't stay too long It's quite difficult to advance into higher position and/or difficult to raise the salary. Anyway, it is worth the skills & experience for a fresh grads
