    Bad HR head management for staff termination & negotiations. With an attitude of take it or leave it. Always threaten staff that the company doors always is open always to leave & it demotivated
    The good thingsCompany benefits still acceptable but no work life balance.
    The challengesWith a bad CEO in Carro Care Malaysia makes it no future in your career. Wrong decisions made by CEO but make the staff to suffer. No directions & better guidance by CEO.
