Not a place for new generation. Lack of career growth.
The good thingsThe location of the office.
The challengesHigh turnover rate. So many problems. Low salary compared to other companies in its leagues. Even the increment per year is not even hundred bucks. Office politic is kinda bad. Kena pandai mengipas to stay noticed. Unequal treatment among staff members. Lack of resources and expected of doing work for two. Not worth the salary received. Difficulty to match the way of work & the way of thinking of boomers.

It's bearable for short term career development
The good thingsSalary is paid on time.
The challenges- Typical closed family and friends run business with budget restricted - No bigger ambition, simple minded colleagues - Work overload - The environment is not very professional - Might be challenging for newcomers because there's no guidance and expected to be independent

May not be the best fit for professional growth/supportive,dynamic,evolving & progressive workplace.
The good things1. Basic benefits are provided.
The challenges1. Very limited career growth, especially for those seeking exposure to legal/law-related matters. Less opportunity to learn. 2. No proper legal team, just one person. Must be very very very independent on your own. 3. Not so much work life balance. You are expected to be available most of the time, even during weekends or on leave due to urgency of the matter (most of the time) and to fulfill the boss's request. 4. Work environment and culture is challenging. Things can be stagnant and very little of improvement. 5. Heavy workloads are pretty common and often expected.

After 6 years, I am still learning
The good thingsThe work condition is quite flexible. But don't expect such flexible as giant client company. May be some are not quite agree with me, but anywhere you work, if you cannot get trust from your superior, you won't stay long at a place.
The challengesTo manage project effectively with lower cost, and higher quality. I have been involved in many projects, and this company most of the time give a freedom to project engineer to control their own budgeted project cost.
