Great working experienceThe good thingsLearned a lot, troubleshooting, dealing with customers. The staff there taught me a lot, gave me a lot of support. They are willing to give their time to explain in detail about things I need to know. They don't hesitate to help or guide me in doing my work. Everyone is friendly. Work can be hectic during a network failure as I was assigned to handle customer complaints. All in all loved the experience. Made me stronger mentally and emotionally.
The challengesDealing with customer complaints in which customer may be agitated while my job was trying to get their complaints in detail. When asking customer too many question, it will irritate customer where they feel like I didn't recognize their issue. It's quiet difficult to analyze if the explanation is not given in detail (when there is no major network failure) where proper troubleshooting method might not be use hence giving the wrong resolution. In mobile telecommunication, there's a lot of variable which may cause the issue faced by customer. Therefore the detailed explanation will help.
