If you like fast-moving environments, care about the future of blockchain and Web3, and want your work to have real impact, OKG is a great place to be. Just know going in — it’s intense, but that’s also what makes it exciting.
    The good thingsIncredible Exposure: OKG sits right in the center of the crypto world. You get hands-on experience with DeFi, Web3, and new technologies almost daily. Global Team: You work with people from all over the world — smart, driven, and passionate. It’s a genuinely international environment. Ownership Culture: There’s a lot of autonomy. If you see something that needs to be done, you’re encouraged to take it on. Initiative is rewarded. Growth Opportunities: With how fast the company moves, there are always chances to step up, take on more, and grow — if you’re proactive. Solid Compensation: The salary, bonus structure, and sometimes token incentives are competitive — especially compared to traditional tech companies.

    New Beginnings in a Global CompanyI started my journey as Customer Service Specialist in OKG Malaysia and from day one, I already feel welcomed and supported both by the management and new team members. Of course, I feel excited when I receive all the working equipment as well as the company merchandise as welcome gift. I did not feel left out starting from my training week until my buddy program week. Everyone shared the same positive vibes and the best part, they are approachable. I truly admire how the company expectations and missions as they are clear. I can see some of the people development in this company and it already made me excited. The company’s direction and its 'We Before Me' principle genuinely inspire and drive me.

    A Positive Start with Room for GrowthHaving been with the Malaysia site company for nearly five months since joining, I'm overall quite satisfied with the experience so far. From the initial introduction to company processes by HR, through the training period, and now being officially assigned to the team, the entire onboarding process has been well structured and comprehensive.The training is also thoughtfully planned, allowing me to gradually become familiar with the work. At this point, I'm able to independently complete my tasks. Also, there's lot of fun activities and team building in this company, which have helped me quickly get to know my colleagues and build positive relationships with them!

For instance, the Grab benefits for transportation of going home after 9 pm and the Meal Benefits of MYR 25 [per day] is TERRIFIC
    The challengesThere is no one downside that I could think of easily but one who applied for shifts position has to know how to manage their time. More provision annual leaves shall be appreciated and also increment on annual basis would be nice.
