Please help to improve your management.
The challengesI'm just not lucky or my mistake because I'm work here at 8 year and my salary was 1300(still) and forget to tell mc was 1 a year / punctual in time. Maybe I'm not good enough for the company. I'm just share my opinion to the company.. they work for you, if they not work for you your company unable to run your business. I'm not say you cannot take a new staff but the best staff will be disappear. please to appreciate your staff.

Best Working Place ever
The good thingsFor global employee, the environment is very comfortable. The people are open. The benefit is good and well life-balanced
The challengesNo family coverage on outpatient clinic. The workload is higher than usual and it quite stressful especially when the crisis period come. The higher you being pay, the higher stress you need to face.

Working in CEVA is not a bad experience at all.
The good thingsThe working environment there is very conducive and also the staffs their are all good people and also friendly. Warehouse workers are not forced or pushed to do any work and we do finish our work right on time. The work load their is not a burden to the employees. The management there is okay and the salary is not bad. Its a nice place to work comapred to other places as far as i know.
The challengesI joined into CEVA under contract so i couldn't work there permanently and also i asked to prolong my contract but that couldn't be done so if they provide more job opportunities it would be better.
