    GOOD BOS AND ENVIRONMENT BUT BAD MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsi like to work because the boss is good and has a pretty good workplace. Please help to improve your management.
    The challengesI'm just not lucky or my mistake because I'm work here at 8 year and my salary was 1300(still) and forget to tell mc was 1 a year / punctual in time. Maybe I'm not good enough for the company. I'm just share my opinion to the company.. they work for you, if they not work for you your company unable to run your business. I'm not say you cannot take a new staff but the best staff will be disappear. please to appreciate your staff.
