    Unorganized company without improvement
    The good thingsSelf-development opportunities abound in organizations, but the road ahead will be difficult in other companies.
    The challengesA man always responsible for multiple tasks, only the person in charge knows the details. Lack of adequate onboarding training and poor SOP for the department. A non-systematic working style, a high reliance on manual work, and overuse of Chinese in organization. Poor MRP and ERP, as well as an overcomplex senior management level, cause management to be annoying all of the time.

    The challengesIt was a stressful environment initially but once you have used to the environment, corporate culture and working style, you would like the company very much! Appreciate the chance given to work here!

    In this company, the experienced that i gained may hard to find in other company
    The good thingsthe working environment are always safe and very condusive. The collegues also very supportive and willing to help unconditionally. The working hour are very relevant for those who travel from far. The activity such as team building etc are fun and interesting.
