    sunset business with no hope and future!
    The good thingsThere are uncountable work load and no one appreciate your contribution at all.
    The challengesHypocritical superior and terrible office politic, unfriendly colleagues and all of them use to blame new comers when things go wrong. Unfortunately all the superiors are only protecting themselves without study the actual case.

    The good thingsYou will be well trained as a multitasking person to handle a lot of task or project.
    The challengesThe challenges is how to get more sales/orders from the customer due to the fact that photochemical industry is a sunset industry.
