    The good thingsThere are uncountable work load and no one appreciate your contribution at all.
    The challengesHypocritical superior and terrible office politic, unfriendly colleagues and all of them use to blame new comers when things go wrong. Unfortunately all the superiors are only protecting themselves without study the actual case.
