A leader prioritizes people and motivate their team. A boss focus on task completion and goal achievement, often overlook team.
    The good thingsBenefit from company
The challengesA boss who prioritizes work without regard for the circumstances or feelings of others, speaks harshly, behaves in an unprofessional manner including making inappropriate WhatsApp status updates, frequently issues unclear instructions, often reacts angrily when situations do not align with personal preferences, tends to prioritize non-urgent matters while disregarding urgent ones, and regularly gives directives without acknowledging responsibility for them.

Working here was mentally draining due to a toxic, micromanaged environment under an IT HOD who made even basic processes unnecessarily difficult.
The good thingsOnly good with benefits provide by company
The challengesMy experience working here was challenging, particularly due to the management style in the IT department. The HOD has a hot temper and tends to micromanage, which significantly impacted my mental well-being, even triggering anxiety attacks. Work completion doesn’t always guarantee smooth processes—getting approvals or claims signed off could still be difficult without clear reasons. If you're considering joining, especially under IT, prioritize your mental health and be prepared for a high-stress environment. Take care of yourself first—your health matters more than any job

Environment and all benefit is good. Beware of IT HOD
The good thingsColleague very friendly and helpful. You can ask anything to them if you do not know something.
The challengesNeed to deal with IT HOD that always emotional. Need to apply leave 1 month before. The task given not so critical or maybe low risk but still she will push you like that task really really important.
