Empowering productivity, balance, and connection through innovation and a people-first culture.
The good thingsUses online platform to boost productivity & offers shorter hours, longer breaks, and fun events, creating a positive, efficient, and engaging workplace.

Company seems like career training ground
The good thingsSalary higher compare market, comes with BUT. No Overtime required, but sometime have urgent matter need to stay back complete by the same day. Lunch time longer compare other company. Many snacks & beverage available, budget for tit-bits for each department.
The challengesCant see any equal opportunities or professional growth. High turnover in staff making unnecessary work load among high producitivity staff. Must have high EQ to adapt this office environment. Foreigner mindset maybe differ than those MNC management.
