    Terrible experience
The good thingsGood for first time job for your experience to put on resume. maximum 2 years.
The challenges1. Very low salary. Very low increment. No bonus. Sometimes you get paid late. 2. Very poor management. As if you’re working in a small stall. Not professional enough. 3. Rules are not tight enough. Everyone can do whatever they want. (I saw cleaner doing lab work) They don’t really follow SOP and ISO. Resulting chaos and a lot of misunderstanding. 4. Not everyone can go to training. Only selected one. (Training is important for every position! To know more about your job and your company, and what can you do to improve yourself and your career)

    The perfect training ground.
The good thingsThey have an amazing training programme in the first month that you are there and their good lab practices are true to the book. I think anyone who graduates and starts with them first will always make a clean, ethical and high principled staff.
The challengesThe only challenge is its lack of room to grow to the nature of the work and its organisational structure.

Not much career growth in this company
The good thingsIt's good to work here if you only need a job, a job which can provide you monthly salary but not a good place to achieve your job satisfaction.
The challengesThe company needs more investment on human resources, which I think it's worth to get more quality staff and stop the high turn over rate. Company direction is not too clear and staff couldn't see a bright future there.
