Established in 1968 in Singapore, the CHEMLAB group of companies have, over the years, been providing its services to the commercial sector and manufacturing industries.Started in Singapore but headquartered in Malaysia, we specialise in providing consulting services for food, comestic/toiletries, traditional medicine (chemical and microbiological testing), industrial hygiene and environmental laboratory tests and analyses for the past 51 years. Over the years, Chemlab group has now expanded its operations to Thailand and Vietnam.

Terrible experience

The good thingsGood for first time job for your experience to put on resume. maximum 2 years.

The challenges1. Very low salary. Very low increment. No bonus. Sometimes you get paid late. 2. Very poor management. As if you’re working in a small stall. Not professional enough. 3. Rules are not tight enough. Everyone can do whatever they want. (I saw cleaner doing lab work) They don’t really follow SOP and ISO. Resulting chaos and a lot of misunderstanding. 4. Not everyone can go to training. Only selected one. (Training is important for every position! To know more about your job and your company, and what can you do to improve yourself and your career)
