    Good place for career start and growth
    The good thingsGood place to learn and kick-start your career. Helpful managers and colleagues although some are not so friendly. Fast pace and dynamic since often have new tender and products.
    The challengesLimited food for lunch, dirty surroundings (outside office). Parking quite limited especially peak hours. A bit stingy for salary offered and mileage claim.

    The challengesI have served two companies before Chemopharm in the same job role, Chemopharm give the lowest mileage rate among my previous two companies at 20sen/km while other company give 50sen and above some is at 90sen. Chemopharm said they give lower mileage rate because they provide high car allowance but the irony is other compony also provide the same car allowance but with significantly high mileage rate. To those potential employees out there looking to join Chemopharm bear in mind that this company have been using this 20sen low rate for a very long time already, dont put hope that they can revise it anytime soon even have been highlighted by their employees too many times.

    Not a good place especially for fresh graduates that wanted a sales career
    The good thingsNothing good that I can think of
    The challengesIncapable managers fighting for power, lack of training and guidance, expect a fresh graduate to sell machine that he/she never get to touch or handle, just sell based on paper. Expect newbie to close x number of deals when the lead can’t close enough deal (close 1-2 deals in a year)

    The good thingsLearning here can be great. If knowledge is what you seek, then can learn a lot from here.
    The challengesCulture is quite bad. A lot of managers but no leader. People spend lot time finding mistake in others but not actually helping to solve the problem.
