    The good thingsThe company offers a structured environment where tasks are usually straightforward, giving interns a chance to understand the basic flow of operations. Appreciate the routine is predictable and had space to work independently without constant supervision. There were also the moments where genuinely learned how a business manages its daily responsibilities, which can consider valuable experiences.
    The challengesWhile the work itself is manageable, the way communication and leadership are handled can make things unnecessarily difficult. Instructions sometimes unclear, and feedback can feel less like guidance and more like, well a test of patience.
