Difficult but good for your CVs.
The good thingsWelfares are alright. They provides medical check up and medical cards. Working level here are generally friendly and helpful among each other because we are all exploited by the system and their bureaucracy. And you get to improve your chinese alot because you are forced to write reports in chinese and get criticized for not writing a good chinese report due to the fact that their system is in Chinese and only a handful of your superiors understand and can communicate in english.
The challengesYou have to bring your own laptop to work! And dont expect the company to do anything to compensate you for using your own laptop and dont trust if anyone promise that they are providing pc to you because most likely you will be even more fed up using their slow and laggy pc. Poor management with undecisive behaviours causing double or triple works. Plenty of incompetent managers at the wrong positions making amateur mistakes and queries. Construction reputation is poor.
