    The good thingsPlenty of space for local experienced staffs to develop on management skills, propose and implement their own technical knowledge to each of many division/ departments. Interesting working cultures and networks. Good for
    The challengesNeed times to stable on quality plannings, procedures and technical implementation to cut-off wasted of resources. Instead of moving forward and assist the PRC management to higher quality of products, local staffs with high salary preferred blaming works without problem solve. The most challenge is top management only interested in high value projects, that's killed team efforts.

    The good thingsEverything is change time to time. Very conservative PRC company, the leader are busy with their site income, no supervision of works. very relax office and easy earn salary.
    The challengesThe challenge is too free and too much time to relax and play with ownself. Poor leadership office, no experienced or talent workers. Blame culture, very terrible HR management, Horrible office politics. Top management enjoy shoe polishing culture, especialy HR boss and director. Unforgetable and unfortunate to work here....
