    The good thingsGood salary, work in team but you feel alone, multitask without guidance, lots of new challenges, learn to handle politics, be independent, shoes polishing culture, limited bonus, long lunch hour
    The challengesmeaningless communication for politic, pretend they know but they know nothing, culture shock, complicated relationship, high turn over, bluffing and sabotage working culture, talents leave, Superior always think they are right and never listen to your experience, work OT with no extra pay, no recognition and appreciation

    The good thingsThe working atmosphere here is really good, Chinese and Malaysian work harmoniously. The company has made personal development for employees, also the management level emphasized our advices, which made it a wonderful experience.

    good working atmosphere and very happy to work under contract&legal&costing dept.
    The good thingsthe top management all from china main land and are very friendly better than the local HR director.
    The challengessome person got very tied,eg. costing and purchasing dept, some person got very free.... so may need some more balance, and HR need to improve this attitude also...
