    bad carreer progression
The good things- high salary offer to attract you in - meal claim if work overtime - expected average work stress, work load, and responsibility - very friendly colleague - a lot of product exposure if you keen to expand yourself
The challenges- low bonus - low increment - no replacement leave if PH fall on weekend - no work overtime pay - no parking allowance - no salary adjustment or increment when job scope coverage increased - a lot of ad-hoc meeting and calls even after work hours and during your leave - company sell you as contract staff to client without letting you know you are now a contract staff to the client until we find it out ourselves, but you still a perm staff to your hiring company. - bad career progression, high turnover rate
