The good thingsWorking environment very good with Dr always support staff. Have a best college make us more confident to speak with lot patient.
The challengesLow basic with lot of work load. Training every week is waste time like can do twice a week. The script also to long and make patient annoying and CA will kena everything. Long working hour not affordable with basic payment.

The good thingsIt's a good start for those who want to gain new knowledge about adulthood and working life. Great environment of work since its inside of mall. They also include allowance for transport so do not worry. Great colleague too as all of them are in the same position as you. Try if you want to gain experience and engage with people. Training with hq will be provided once a week.
The challengesThe downside of allowance it will be deduct for your kwsp. In term of stress, you will be facing lot of costumer who will treat this place like they own it. I know they went to a private clinic to get adjusted but we surely cannot cater all like its an inclusive place when we also have to promote healthy lifestyle with chiropractic. You won't only entitled as "patient care ambassador" but you will also act as clinic manager, clinic supervisor, clinic marketing, and not to forget you are the the customer support service aka front desk but you will also be working as back desk? In general you will be covering for all the clinic work. Hence, my advice is to make sure you negotiate your basic at least 2.5k. Make sure you get paid as many as the workload they will assign. You have to be fast in term of catching up cause they will not provide proper and full training as the training will be done by the staff on duty so it will be hard for them to arrange a proper timing for you. In term of career progress and increment, there will be none. If you want you need to ask them for it.

Internal appearance of a company is important!
The good thingsClinic environment is manageable, Dr and colleague here is Friendly and Helpful. Some allowance like transport they also provide.
The challengesWorse thing in this company, is all Clinic assistant need to have high quality of English speaking and they expected that we are all white worshipping. Always training with given unnecessary script is such a wasting of time. The length of the script can be shorten and the meeting (Training) can make it once a month.

The good thingsI would say working in the clinic as a clinic assistant is not that bad especially Doctor in the clinic here is really Friendly and Helpful when you have no idea about what is chiropractic. Real job scope as a clinic assistant is not that bad if you can handle patient or customer inquiry well and those front desk work like transaction, admin task and etc. This company also provide some benefits such as transportation allowances which is great for those come with public transport or by personal transportation.
The challengesThe biggest challenge in this company is as a clinic assistant, no matter how good working attitude you are in the clinic, they (refer to the Singapore management team) will never statisfy with your effort and they will not acknowledge and appreciate your hard work in the clinic. They will only keep blaming to the Clinic Assistant for not helping to increase the number of patient in the clinic. By telling the clinic assistant to keep training by memorize and reading the script, they have nothing else to say. They would never know if a patient realize the clinic assistant can be that professional is because all of them were scripted. Lastly is the every Tuesday meeting, is a waste of time and should be using that time to treat patient and also not to tell the clinic assistant to keep role play with the same script over and over again. This company could never provide a final solution for every meeting because they will just keep changing their script and their mind.

Fun place to work but not for the weak
The good thingsOther worker and Chiropractor are very friendly if you know how to adapt yourself well in their enviroment. Got to meet a lot of nice people along the way. Most clinic located in the mall. Not too strict working enviroment. Growing company.
The challengesTypical task include handling customer who treat you like nothing because they pay for the services. Managing a difficult customer who doesn't want to follow procedure and only thinking about their own "precious time".Work life balance is difficult since it is a long working our. They have a sructured training but you need to learn quickly on your own basis because they wont tell you what to do each time. No career development. Mentally drain.
