Both the manager and department head behave like turtles—hiding when issues arise and pushing staff forward as scapegoat. The department head gossips about other staff members in front of employees, displaying a lack of professionalism. There is no guidance from management. When staff ask questions, they are dismissed and blamed for incompetence. Managers provide vague, merry go roundabout answers that ultimately lead nowhere. . During appraisals, staff are asked indirect questions, such as, "How do you plan your work arrangements on Saturdays?" . Both the manager and department head behave like turtles—hiding when issues arise and pushing staff forward as scapegoat. .No salary increments—0%. The work environment is extremely toxic. The company should reassess the capabilities of the department head. Six employees have resigned from the same department around the same time. So, who do you think is the real troublemaker—the management or the staff?

The challengesStaff are labeled as "calculative" if they leave on time and are unwilling to work on Saturdays. Managers send WhatsApp messages after office hours, pressuring staff to complete tasks at home.
