    Provider Reconciliation Representative
    Feb 2026

Benefit is good but career growth is limited and repetitive task which can be boring.
The good things1) Every festival such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc you will get RM50 Touch N Go. 2) Can claim gym membership/braces/medical check up and more using Eben Assist. 3) Ada insurance AIA 4) Transportation allowance 5) Exposure to international working environment 6) Flexible working hours and work life balance
The challenges1) Different position being advertised with your position in offer letter. I apply with position Provider Reconciliation Representative but in offer letter my position is Customer Service Representative which can be misleading and false hope. 2) Limited career growth, I can't find another position that I can jump at the moment if I don't want to pursue the same role. 3) This company offer flexible and work life balance so you might feel comfortable with this kind of arrangement and stick to this company, however, I don't like to be comfortable since my task is repetitive, hindering my growth and I feel boring so much doing the same thing. Feel stuck in my career. 4) Process keep change, maybe bcs fast paced environment so nothing much to judge but you need to cope with the changes and stay updated. 5) Increment not so much so don't expect much.

Great knowledge. Gain medical knowledge. Good benefit apart from salary. Quality time.
The good thingsFriendly colleague. Flexible. Benefits are trendy. Peace of mind. Driven and motivated working as a team. Multicultural background - Thai, African, Russian, Iranian. Active in promoting health and wellness. Global exposure. Changes is vital.
The challengesCareer progression is limited. Flexibility can give you comfort zone, you tend to stay longer for this benefit. Management is tough sometimes. You have to connect with colleagues abroad without visual support - could be tough but you can keep in touch via email, phone.
