    Despite good benefits, it still covered heavy workloads, poor leadership, & poor work-life balance.

    The challenges- Overloaded works tasks and underpaid salary - Incapable direct supervisor - low level of education and lack of transparency in leadership - KPI keep changing / changed for few times in a year. - No work life balance as need to chase for sales.

    The good thingsThe working environment, the work atitude, staff cooperation, staff will be taken care of by management even outside office hours. Best human resource company around. Happy stressful work atmosphere.
