    The good thingsGreat management, understanding and motivating manager. Great team support and medical benefits, having a good work life balance as we working 9am to 6pm, 5 working days. We are calling cold leads but still providing good sales numbers.
    The challengesAchieving overall loans target for individual, team level and call centre is considered responsibility for each officers and each manager also. Each and everyone plays their role very good to achieve the target given. Management always supports the officer in all the good ways to help to reach the overall target. Only one challenge is to make sure closing loans with the potential cuatomers.

    The challengesI do enjoy working at my current job. The culture and the people make it a great place to work, but as departmental changes, retrenchment and corporate restructuring have made it difficult to keep on track with my career goals and achievements. Therefore, I decided it is time for me to move to a more progressive organization with more opportunities and new challenges. I am focusing on a new career development.

    The challengesto be able to catch up with sales target because the rates are always bit higher than other banks , the approval is tighter , not all projects/property are accepted to get a loan . loan margin was lower in some cases.

    The challengesEvery month has a target to hit. From monthly target, we plan into weekly and daily target. This seems achievable and get motivated. We helped each other along the way. At the end, we achieved great results and that's the FUN part!
