I have really bad experience with line manager
The good thingsFlexible working hour WFH arrangement Supportive colleagues
The challenges-Bad attitude and favouritism of line manager and HOD -Line manager simply don't like you because you didn't join futsal/badminton every weeks. -Retrenchment - I still wonder why I'm selected since no explanation from line manager or HOD -HR just sweet talking when they said they will give resume/cv to recruiter/recruitment agency -I'm still wondering if the retrenchment is just a tools used to get rid of staffs and recruit new employees with lower pay.

A happy place to work in.
The good thingsBest place to learn and develop career. Inclusive environment + employee engagement program. Senior leaders are supportive and lead with empathy. Office connected to LRT station and offer hybrid work arrangement.
The challengesUncertainties on projects sustainability. Remunerations.

Need to be mentally prepared for the expected challenges and accuracy is very important.
The good thingsGood salary pays and supportive superior. Hybrid working environment 70% WFH and 30% WFO. Office building beside the LRT Bangsar and easy to find food around here.
The challengesThis company's profit relies on its projects, and if a project ends, you may be retrenched. Some employees have been retrenched multiple times, even after serving the company for over 10 years. Additionally, the high call volume reaching up to 70–80 calls per day. Approximately 40% of the time is spent making outbound calls. Some technicians are not very cooperative and may become unnecessary mad likely due to overwhelmed jobs. You need to be mentally prepared for the expected hiccups.

    Eco-Friendly Office and Fun Environment
The good thingsThe design of the office is an open-space concept and it makes all the staff can communicate to each other easily. Hence, strong bonding can be built among us. Besides that, the company will provide \"Healthy Breakfast\" to their staff once in a month and also various type of fresh fruits are providing in the pantry for every morning in order to encourage the staff to have healthy life.
The challengesThey are still a new company. Therefore a lot of work need to prepare from scratch. However, I can see a lot of potential in this company as many business opportunities can be growth in a few years. Their business partners in Malaysia are with Giant Holdings and Diary Farm.
