    The good thingsI enjoyed the working place, I have a good Management team with great team too. Other facts are: 1) Zakat team who helped us with Zakat contribution 2) CityU Club functions well with a lot of activities 3) Praying time is honored 4) Salary is on time too especially during Hari Raya Those were the extras that I enjoyed...

    The good thingsTop management was very supportive. Yes, bosses might be angry sometimes, but it is for the good of the university. The founder of the University tried her very best for the company and for the benefit of the whole staffs.

    The challengesNo benefits at all just medical card. No bonus No increments Late salary Management process and staffs were very tough to deal with. Over workloads and assign job that not suitable with person's JD. Not following rules and regulations for tertiary education, MQA etc.

    Best Workplace if you want to initiate your career
    The good thingsThe induction days went well. the HR was so cooperative and be there when on first few days. Which was good because as new member, you still need guidance about the overall run of the company.
    The challengesas part time worker, it was quite challenging to be part or team up with the full time workers. there was a gap and you would feel unwanted and unwelcomed. part time worker also not given a work space to prepare before I can deliver my lecture.

    You are OK if you like non-international surroundings.
    The good thingsThe STAAD team was a pleasure to work with. The health benefits are good as the company has insurance for workers.
    The challengesThe upper management does not trust you with what you are doing, as they micromanage departments. It is currently undergoing renovation. The upper management can be toxic.

    The good thingsWork life balance, superb team and supportive new HR staff. Improvement are made in the building for better teaching and learning experience. The diversity of international student with different background make you learn new thing everyday.
