    The good thingsExcellent support from the teammates and coworker. Able to learned new thing as you doing various things. Support staff very knowledgeable about the system and procedure. Sometimes has the opportunity to attend training. Medical and insurance benefit.
    The challengesDealing with HR will be time consuming and need to remind every day. High work load Not enough classroom
