Left but with a heavy heart.The good thingsBoss and colleagues are so very nice here. We are like a family. I saw some comments here commenting on bad SOP and high turnover, but I think it has been misconstrued. Given the circumstances and poor performance, the boss has been very understanding and gave extra support to try to help. But sometimes, if someone doesn't want to be helped.... then there's nothing we can do as a team.
The challengesCertain processes can be simplified but overall things keep improving. There's no problem that cannot be solved when the leaders are open minded.
