    Good Incentive Plan Here
The good thingsThe sales incentive is attrative and has a 3 months cashback if you can't hit one of the months in a quarter but manage to hit it at the end of the quarter. The incentive is very attractive too.
The challengesThe KL traffic is terrible. Hahaha.

Left but with a heavy heart.
The good thingsBoss and colleagues are so very nice here. We are like a family. I saw some comments here commenting on bad SOP and high turnover, but I think it has been misconstrued. Given the circumstances and poor performance, the boss has been very understanding and gave extra support to try to help. But sometimes, if someone doesn't want to be helped.... then there's nothing we can do as a team.
The challengesCertain processes can be simplified but overall things keep improving. There's no problem that cannot be solved when the leaders are open minded.

A Caring Leader To Work With.
The good thingsThe boss is someone that always cares about the employee. Company is fast in acting on employee comment and market sentiment to ensure more people get commission.
The challengesTargets are high but just make sure you communicate with the manager and work honestly.

A lot to learn from boss.
The good thingsThe boss is not someone who is stingy in his knowledge. He often shares his knowledge with everyone if you ask.
The challengesThe high standards that the boss expects from everyone is stressful but ultimately for our own good.

A leader that listens and improves.
The good thingsAccept all comments by staff and made real improvements. One example is a very clear incentive plan, so that everyone is clear in every situation that may happen, there is already a method to solve it.
The challengesI feel that the company is always doing its best for its employee no matter how hard it is.

No clear SOP on claims, commission
The good thingsGreat colleagues. Colleagues are super helpful.
The challengesCommission paid after 4 months. Go ahead if you willing to work for a long time in this company. Salary sikit-sikit have to wait long long. Work for a pay or work to pay I also don’t know. Ambiguous sop on claims, be ready to pay more and get lesser.

Learned a lot here. Good open communication with management too.
The good thingsThere's a lot of grit in the work here. We need to learn a lot of skills to sell effectively and the purpose of why things are the way it is. Great open communication with management too.
The challengesThe tough part is requesting for samples can be quite a hassle. Also there are lots of information that you need to ask rather than be taught during training. But overall is OK.

    Friendly colleagues, difficult management
The good thingsColleagues are helpful and willing to share their experiences
The challengesHighlight that it strive to be a family working environment. It's more of family oriented company. Decisions made based to their advantages (especially monetary terms). Eg; commission paid after 5 months. In a fast pace market, makes rather slow decisions and adaptibilty for a company of their scale.

Good company prospective but terrible management
The good thingsGrowing company that expanding with competitive and good specifications of products. Having a lot of potential to gain market share and grow together with company. Relatively fair and attractive commision scheme
The challengesTraining provided is not organized, new comers find it hard to cope with. Poor SOP established and most of the decisions are determined by boss. Sales person here has limited authority and budget to carry out sales plan. Marketing is not being appreciated, no budget allocated which making sales person hard to achieve their target with company support. Limited support from company, eg: samples, sponsorship. Micromanagement from the boss that he/she has almost no trust towards employees.

So much to learn with great colleagues!
The good thingsI like the support given by my colleagues and manager. They were understanding and always try their best to help me when I am new. Overall, I've learnt a lot about medical devices and increase my sales skills as training was given. The commission scheme is also very encouraging.
The challengesWell something to note is that this is a small to medium sized company. This means that not everything is fully organized. There are some things that we take for granted in big companies, here we need to do it manually.
