    Weak management, limited leadership, unfair performance, poor balance, politics and silos.
    The good thingsEncouraged adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
    The challenges1- Bad management 2- HOD and department manager are not helpful. Most of them useless. 3- KPI setting was misaligned with actual employee performance. Ratings were often assigned without clear justification, creating the perception that certain employees were favored for top (S) rankings while unfavored will get (D) rank. 4- Lack of benefits 5- No competency and value added 6- There was a lack of work–life balance, with employees expected to be present even when there were no urgent or critical tasks. 7- Too much politics and "Jilat Menjilat" 8- There was limited cross-departmental support in resolving issues, with work largely confined within individual departments.

    I feel and experience in this company in low pace and static of career which mean that most of good ideas and suggestions got rejected by top management.
    The good thingsThe work environment is friendly and relaxing. Free meal everyday (save your money) and monthly benefit for clubs and department activity. Politic issues between local staff is none.
    The challengesThe working pace among colleagues quite slow. No high budget for career development such as program/event and especially training. Superior always right and no trust in work recognition to underline. Very hard to approve for maintenance budget and activity which maintenance work is a must to sustain plant in a good condition.

    The good thingsFriendly staff and workers. They taught us when we dont know about things and they also give their knowledge even when we do not ask.

    The good things1. Action first! No waiting word. 2. Multitasking. 3. We all can. 4. Spartan training 5. High production capacity (about 400MT per day) 6. Feed additive market is good
    The challenges1. Action first! No waiting word but management have poor planning & preparation. 2. Multitasking. No proper job segregation in work flow. 3. We all can. Competency is not manage properly. 4. Spartan training. Working everyday, go back at 7pm to 9pm is good. 5. High production capacity (about 400MT per day) but poor benefits and perks. 6. Feed additive market is good. Production first, not safety, not environment. Bad smell come from Waste Water Treatment and other processes. A lot of safety and environment regulation noncompliance.

    The good thingsThe industrial revolution began the era of mass production and also the division of tasks in the workforce. Employees now specialize in areas and contribute to the team through the work they produce. By specializing in areas like merchandising or accounting, they become more expert at their tasks and make your team more effective as a result. Working in teams also teaches your associates to work together more effectively and frequently new ways of doing things are discovered by team members working together to solve a problem. Work is more fun when you are a part of a team. You can build on other people's ideas and share in completing the assignment together. You also have another pair of eyes to look at the work, which further reduces errors and mistakes. Studies have also shown that laughter and fun reduce stress, which can also increase effectiveness on the job. Teams that enjoy working together can accomplish great things for your company and great teams achieve their goals again and again.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge is keeping my family happy and constantly deciding when to miss important family events because work demands it. Working hard is not a sacrifice as long as you achieve your ultimate objective.
