    The good thingsManagement care employee words and make changes. Opportunity will be given if we fight for it.
    The challengesthey practice more on verbal communication like what office announcement, they will inform one by one, i think can issue simple memo so everybody get the same idea verbally and written.

    Anti-Politic Working Environment
    The good thingsI like the idea of how they promote no gossip or politic in the company. I remember there is one colleague of mine share before, if you want to play office politic right here, this is not somewhere you can play taichi.
    The challengesthey very much focus on task oriented, but they do have team gathering time to time unfortunately MCO restriction so maybe you need to know how to adjust or talk to your manager if you feel stress.

    Great learning place for fresh graduate
    The good thingsthe management is supportive on new idea and willing to provide resources on budgeting. they have a big team to support each others which help me learn a lot at design, video besides marketing skill. What i like the most on the company is they have no office politic culture which i can express my opinion and idea positively.
    The challengesWhen idea is new in the market, there is a lot of market survey need to be done within a tight deadline to ensure the efficiency of the marketing campaign. Need to catch manager time for more guidance on task.
