Great learning place for fresh graduateThe good thingsthe management is supportive on new idea and willing to provide resources on budgeting. they have a big team to support each others which help me learn a lot at design, video besides marketing skill. What i like the most on the company is they have no office politic culture which i can express my opinion and idea positively.
The challengesWhen idea is new in the market, there is a lot of market survey need to be done within a tight deadline to ensure the efficiency of the marketing campaign. Need to catch manager time for more guidance on task.
