    The good thingsLearn lots of trade business in service sector and the assets of the company which are huge and expensive to maintain, the contract, the payments . Very special or ninech business environment for Clamshell Dredging Sdn Bhd, deals with Ports, Jetty for maintenance dredging works. Mostly own by States/Government/private for the Ports and Jetty.
    The challengesIs a family own business, difficult to change the culture and how things are done over here.
