Power-hungered ManagementThe good thingsEveryone was great to work with. They are kind, friendly, approachable, willing to assist you etc.. Almost zero politics and they have a great working culture
The challengesThe only downside is that they have recently hired a person to oversee one of the department and the work style is not favourable to all.
Almost 8/10 of that department don't like this person as this person communicates with such tone where nobody will appreciate.
Simple advice to the company - If there is no positive arrangement to have this issue looked over urgently, sooner or later, it is either that person leaves or the team will slowly take turns to do so.
