    On management position for couple of years.
    The good thingsHigh pay and good compensation
    The challengesFirst company but third class environment. Over protect the fresh grad and intern, wonder how much they can develop from here, thus, some resigned, but over loaded the experienced and senior staffs. Arrogant leadership and fantastic theories that lead you go nowhere.
