    The challengesRidiculous SOP. Your manager sometime means.No worry, people to blame is always you. No benefit if you are contract staff. Need to be jantan. Hectic job. Just apply and try it by yourself.

    Suitable place for Fresh graduate to gain Knowledge and experience
    The good thingsBased on dept. My dept have a good teammates and good manager. Always help each others when facing issue. You can get as much to enhance and develop some technical or soft skill because all of them very helpful to guide and share knowledge. For sure you need to deliver and ensure all job can fix within time manner . Working environment just nice but still based on your manager and your colleague.
    The challengesVERY SLOW salary increment(avg increment rm100-150 based on your manager). Beside that, they don't practice revise your salary when change job position. So beware ya, if you want to jump to another dept. Annual Bonus max just 1month but rarely got it.

    The good thingsIm still lucky because my dept have a good teammates and good manager. Always help each others when facing issue. Also luckily I'm surround with low toxic envy evntho still have .
    The challengesWorking environment just nice but most of time you need to work long hours and sometimes need we need to backup each others especially on weekend or when system suddenly having issue where cause ticket flood like no tomorrow. VERY LOW increment (avg increment rm100-150) because you need to take care few project. Beside that nothing you can put high expectation to Annual Bonus? hahaha

    The challengesI'm didn't feel like enhance any skill here, more to just finish your work for survive in real life. VERY SLOW salary increment(avg increment rm100-150 based on your manager) and career enhancement. Annual Bonus max just 1month but average 1/2 month salary.
