    The good thingsFlexible working time. No need to report to office. Regional more fun. Lot of thing to learn and experience.
    The challengesRidiculous SOP. Your manager sometime means.No worry, people to blame is always you. No benefit if you are contract staff. Need to be jantan. Hectic job. Just apply and try it by yourself.
