I'm genuinely thrilled about my current internship, it's not only fulfilling but also enlightening, allowing me to learn something new every day.
The good thingsI liked working in an environment where work-life balance and employee well-being were valued. Flexibility was valued by the organization, enabling a harmonious coexistence of work and personal obligations. The leadership was kind and encouraging, actively seeking input and making constructive adjustments. Frequent social gatherings and team-building exercises promoted professional connections and friendship, which enhanced job satisfaction and workplace enjoyment. I had the honor of working for a company that placed a high value on work-life balance and employee well-being. The company understood how critical it was to establish a welcoming and constructive work atmosphere. Anyway , as my internship will be start at their new office, its very convenience to access LRT and Monorail and wherever place to lunch. So if intern student want to save budget, they can utilize public transport.
The challengesWe had an unanticipated boost in work in my current employment as a result of demands from a major client. Keeping up with the increased workload without sacrificing the quality of our work or leading to team burnout was the difficulty. We created a prioritization method to help us discover and concentrate on the most important tasks in order to overcome this difficulty. To make sure that everyone on the team understood the urgency and significance of each assignment, open communication was necessary.

I enjoyed a workplace culture that prioritized employee well-being and work-life balance. The company emphasized flexibility, allowing for a healthy balance between professional and personal commitments. Leadership was approachable and supportive, actively seeking feedback and implementing positive changes. Regular team-building activities and social events fostered camaraderie and professional relationships, contributing to a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment.
The good thingsI had the privilege of being part of a company culture that prioritized employee well-being and work-life balance. The organization recognized the importance of creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
The challengesIn my current role, we faced a sudden increase in workload due to unexpected demands from a key client. The challenge was managing the increased volume of tasks without compromising the quality of our work or causing burnout among the team. To address this challenge, we implemented a prioritization system to identify and focus on the most critical tasks. This required open communication within the team to ensure everyone understood the urgency and importance of each assignment.

COBNB is the backbone of experiences.
The good thingsI enjoyed being an intern at COBNB as it gave me a lot of new experience and new challenges to learn and realize the reality of working environment. COBNB also provide me with nice working environment and friendly colleague, not to mention that all the higher manager are having a very close-bonding with their employees which make it easier for me and my fellow colleague to approach them if we happen to be in bad circumstances.
The challengesCOBNB workers are highly competitive and they also have fast pace working process, which sometimes I need to push over my limit as to be as same as what they have been doing, but I treat it as good practice for me, in order to produce more efficient and productive work in the future.
