    Good retirement place
    The good thingsIt is a good place to retire and if you want a stable place to work in. Pay is good considering that you dont do much.
    The challengesThe problems is that this company is not innovative and fast enough compared to others. The pay range also is fair because we do less, we get paid less. But we get very good work life balance.
