Bad experience, stressful & toxic environment Bad Experience.
I have bad experience working here, bad management, toxic environment, management only give orders but never teach, if wrongly do, management will talk bad about us instead of teach again, stressful & toxic environment. Low salary paid even the company doing well, working every Saturday even for back office? not relevant anymore.

No offense to non medical personnel.
The good thingsThe place was great because as a freshie staff nurse i learned a lot.
Also the company did offered me for my further study (post basic).
The challengesAs a staff nurse we cant make our own decision.
our nursing care and plan is being disrupted by non medical personnel ,no offense though but i know what is the best for my patient.
i also cant tegur my junior because the management say that they'll lari and jump to other company.
the salary was too little.

BAD SURROUNDING AND MANAGEMENT
The good thingsI love my colleague who always support each others. I love to learn all things with colleague. We are like a family.
The challengesManagement too bad!! Never care about staff’s wellbeing. Worst patient always come to the counter, no attitude to the staff. But they still use customer always right. I hope they should know how to treat their staff. The employee turnover is too high. No parking provide and want to clamp staff car, and didnt pay staff allowance.

MOST OF THE THINGS IS BAD
The good thingsThe only things that helps me held back was my colleges. not all but most of them. Some of them are very supportive and understanding.
The challengesInstead of blaming others, the manager need to learn how to manage and handle problems very well. I suggest Columbia's management can give some proper training to the managers at the company on how how to handle their staff PROFESSIONALLY and not become a leader not a boss. I really hope that there will be some improvement on the professionalism of the managers for my friends who still patiently stays at the company.

THE SURROUNDING IS NICE BUT NOT THE MANAGEMENT
The good thingsI have many supportive friends while i was working there. The environment is good. I learnt many things from my fellow friends while i was at the front counter. The teamwork is good, they always had your back.
The challengesUnlike the teamwork we had, the management is too bad. They're too customer focused and didn't care about your wellbeing. I hope that they can improve the way they talk to their staff. The employee turnover is too high and that is not good for the company image.
