    Working in private hospitals has its own perks. The pay doesn’t really compensate the stressful environment. Those who works in healthcare knows how we get treated by our customers.

    BAD SURROUNDING AND MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsI love my colleague who always support each others. I love to learn all things with colleague. We are like a family.
    The challengesManagement too bad!! Never care about staff’s wellbeing. Worst patient always come to the counter, no attitude to the staff. But they still use customer always right. I hope they should know how to treat their staff. The employee turnover is too high. No parking provide and want to clamp staff car, and didnt pay staff allowance.
