Good for fresh graduate who want to get experience, but not for career growth

The good thingsGot medical claim, annual trip , OT allowance, birthday celebration, free snack.

The challengesAlways rushing task in last minute due to customer and poor time management, direction from boss sometimes not clear & cause issue ( because customer will blame back to worker). Other than that, everything is ok .
