The good thingsWorking from home. The company management pro-actively making sure our safety is priority. We have been working from home 95% of the time since March 2020. I hope this continue on.

    Not a good experience
The good thingsWork from home during this pandemic.
The challengesThe TL and manager doesn't know anything. When you are facing difficulties on how to solve the issue, they don't know how to answer you. They don't even know which software is support by which team. You have to learn and figure out all by yourself. Totally no support from the TL

    Poor management, no direction
The good thingsGood team and normal workload. Offers some overtime pay for holidays and when extra time is needed.
The challengesWage freeze. Management has no direction or involvement in the job-at-hand. Management is a "Yes Man" without leadership. Promotions are appointed regardless if you want the responsibility with no major salary bump.

    Good job, but wage freeze
The good thingsCompetitive salary to start.
The challengesCompetitive salary to start, but no raises. High turnover rate. No direction from upper management. Management doesn't listen to listen or show any care for employee input.

    Good Work, Life, Balance
The good things- Get back on time. - 9 hour of working - learned many new thing - good management - great environment and people - good HR
The challenges- be careful with SLA breach - low increment per year. Should demand high salary when in interview before too late. Hard to increase - sometimes the team lead not monitoring or make a good judgement who is playing around and who is seriously working. - 3 years working in the company then only can get promotion to senior level unless you like to talk a lot and friendly with higher authority.

    Healthy work environment
The good thingsInteresting challenges. Different customer types of different sizes, and different levels of technical depth required. Most managers tend to be very open and direct, however it also depends on your manager. The company tends to promote from within, which is a good thing.
The challengesOrganization is quite flat and still largely Service Desk based, although this is starting to change.

My Experience in Computacenter (M) Sdn Bhd
The good thingsEveryone in the organization were so friendly. They understand your needs, and works together in resolving the issue/needs. The organizations accept new idea's from employee's from the very first day itself. We have gatherings, team building events and even birthday celebrations every month. This makes the work place very interesting and fun.
The challengesIncrease of salary packages, which would be helpful as the economy crisis leads to increase of daily life needs. Best performers award to be given to each teams, rather than in whole project.
