Via this shared service facility, more than 1,100 native-speaking employees provide end user support in 18 languages.     The good thingsA lots of outdoor activities for project based and company based besides of just working everyday.
    The challengesWas difficult when working in the project I participated at the beginning because of the knowledge gap and processes failed to provide by the previous support. But we have overcome in the end with the help of our colleagues, trainer, knowledge provider, team lead and OM.
