The good thingsLots of fun clients, able to execute creative work, involved in pitches which is a major learning ground, fully stocked pantry and flexibility with work tasks and assignments. Fun company parties as well as having the best collegues! Office also accessible via public transport
The challengesDeadlines can be hectic at times, and everyone is very preoccupied of their work. People take work very seriously and therefore crating more pressure and stress with accomplishing your tasks.

    Analytics Internship
The good thingsLots of friendly people, company also participates in donations to charities and CSRs, plenty of activities from the group, somewhat adequate training provided, quite supportive of worklife balance. My first internship and it was fun and quite dynamic.
The challengesvery fast paced at times but sometimes your HOD is away so much so the first few weeks are quite free. Company should have more team activities and team bonding and more collaboration with the group.

Plenty of improvements, the company is going to a right direction
The good thingsThe people -- colleagues are multinational and diversed The work -- it's challenging, can be stressful at times but you get to learn a lot in a short period of time Salary is average, but compared to a year ago the company is making visible changes in investment of employees as well as giving proper resources Work life balnace for some teams -- work does not drag into late hours most of the time
The challengesThe work can extend sometimes into late hours Pressure can be too much sometimes Cost of living in the area is high Still need to outline more processes and structure so teams can work cohesively
