    It is very tough to handle
    The good thingsBig company good for your profile
    The challengesIt is not easy to get a job at Conti. You need to create presentation slides based on the role you applied for. I don't think this process is necessary because, even after carefully choosing a candidate, they might leave the job if they don't like it. Judging based on a short performance during the interview doesn't determine the candidate's capabilities. There are two rounds of interviews to attend: 1. a normal face-to-face interview, and 2. a PowerPoint presentation to be delivered in front of six hiring officers. This process causes a lot of anxiety. Not a friendly management.

    The challengesAs HR Plant no option to work from home and sometimes need to come at night for a meeting with night shift staff and sometimes need to come very early morning if night shift staff need to see you.

    The company is good but depend on the department head to lead a team
    The good thingsThe working environment in main building and perks are really good. As I work under HR department, the other department colleagues and Germany hr operation team are very helpful. The local HR team is also very helpful and friendly.
    The challengesSometimes The leader is not supportive, and think that internal communication is more important than other things, even thought everyone has their own job to do. Less talking with colleagues means poor performance. The department is not really follow shared service practices. she needs to treat everyone equally. Plus my work desk setup was equipped same like intern work desk as well. Please treat all permanent staff equally. They also perform poor onboarding process and you have to apply the IT access without any guideline.

    The good thingsThey offer competitive salary compared with other companies. Workplace environment is good. The benefits is quite attractive as they offered housing and car loan subsidy for confirmed staff
    The challengesWorkplace politic is getting serious, seniors are not helpful and not willing teach juniors, They didn’t perform backup plan when someone on leave as seniors are not allowing juniors to backup them.

    The challenges1. High complexity of equipment/machine/product leads to requirement on high knowhow for different aspect of area interest 2. High pace environment, lots of fire fighting actions in daily basis leads to lack of preventive actions creation due to time constraint 3. Imbalance workload can be observed. High performer employee tends to get heavier load/task/project while average performer is more relax 4. In general, people competency and skill is slightly below average but management is working to improve this topic

    I am fast leaner, an outstanding communication skills and adaptable in various situantion.

Too much of soft skills that get from there like presentation in fully confident and how to manage people surround. My colleagues very supportive and give tremendous effort to teach me on new things.

    The good thingsWorking culture with Germans are different from Malaysia (in a good way). They enable freedom to work, and act, and values good arguments and suggestions either from lower/higher level. Wide benefits (medicals, discount on tyres, working from home, phones, remote support, etc) Multi race (malays, chinese, indians, german expats, and of course: bangla, indons, nepalese)
    The challengesEmployee must be confident in their work. Easily shaken guy will say this company is bad. Too many side tasks interrupting real job Too many meetings Laptop's quite slow. Should've invested in good computer hardware. Too many organisations (departments) therefore more confusion when organising meeting
