    The good things1. Opportunities to travel abroad without bond 2. High digitalization manufacturing system - Industry 4.0 3. Networking and support from central team and sisters plant 4. Decent salary/benefit package compared to other company surrounding
    The challenges1. High complexity of equipment/machine/product leads to requirement on high knowhow for different aspect of area interest 2. High pace environment, lots of fire fighting actions in daily basis leads to lack of preventive actions creation due to time constraint 3. Imbalance workload can be observed. High performer employee tends to get heavier load/task/project while average performer is more relax 4. In general, people competency and skill is slightly below average but management is working to improve this topic
