    Thinks twice before apply
    The good thingsLesson learn: Put everything in black in white. Do not be naive and trust anyone even top management.
    The challengesA lot of empty promises from top management in order for you to achieve their goals. They will keep on drag you out on the things that they promised you until you give up. Also, the HR is problematic, always make mistakes on payroll and insist it is your problem even when they miscalculated your salary.

    Massive room of improvement
    The good thingsstill waiting to see if there is any good thing brought by new management.
    The challengesNew management play a lot of politics. You will have an easy job if you're in the correct team, else, you will suffer. HR is super arrogant and has super duper massive room of improvement on attitude. There is not much benefits here and parking space is only for management.

    The challengesDisappointing HR, very bad attitude towards all employees. Almost no employees benefits in here. parking lot has very limited parking and the road condition is very bad.

    The challengesThe management is very lousy. They have a freaked minded. The decisions not fix. Always change the decisions at last minutes. Didn't treat all department equally. Didn't take care employees' welfare and morale. No proper place for employee to eat during lunch.
