Great working culture, great colleagues, all thanks to great boss. I am not kidding.
The good thingsThe Captain of the ship lead by example, he is a patient man, personally coaching the sales team 9 steps of sales.
The challengesAs always, nothing is perfect, same goes to this company.
1.Lack of in house technical team is a waste. Missed out some business opportunities because of it.
2. Slow in generating PO to vendor and suppliers.
